Our Story
In 2011, I posted on Facebook "It's official... I have decided I want a long arm quilting machine... anyone got one laying around in their garage gathering dust?" This statement turned into many attempts at machine quilting, free motion classes, quitting my day job, teaching at a local big box store, working in a LQS, saving my money, caring for aging parents, buying a 115 year old home in a new town, renovating "The Quilt House", a Pandemic that slowed us all down to have more time to quilt and buying Louise on the same day my 6th grandchild was born. It was a journey, a lesson in patience and faithfulness and a labor of love on my handy husbands part. We often joke that I make it necessary and he makes it possible!
Years later, we are amazed at the process and are grateful you have chosen us to complete your quilt.

Let's meet Louise! She is a lovely lady with wide hips, computerized mind and a sharp needle. From the land of Innova, she arrived in the beautiful land of Washougal, Washington... The Gateway to the Gorge! Her goal is to provide you with a gorgeous, finished quilt, a wide variety of E2E patterns and quick and quality customer service.
